Key Responsibilities as a Chef

• Deliver exceptional culinary creations that align with the vision and food concept of Holmen Lofoten 
• Participate in all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations 
• Take part in the development of new dishes and menus that embrace local and seasonal ingredients, foraged, hunted or farmed (set 5-7 course menus)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless kitchen and restaurant operations and excellent customer satisfaction 
• Assist the rest of the Holmen Lofoten team if needed

Qualifications Required

• Documented experience as a Chef 
• Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques 
• The ability to work under pressure 
• Confident to work in an open kitchen
• Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit 
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
