Purpose of the Role

This position is a key part of our brand representation, where creativity meets strategy to engage and grow our online presence. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving digital marketing efforts.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Monitor and respond to community comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse performance data and report on metrics using analytics tools to guide future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Research and stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure content is fresh and innovative.
• Assist the rest of the Holmen team with additional duties as required.

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
