Key Responsibilities - Receptionist Role

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the reception 
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
• Provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and local attractions
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, offering assistance and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and professional manner
• Ensure that linenroom and laundry area is tidy and clean
• Communicate deliveries to relevant team members
• Maintain booking information and update cleaning lists
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist the team in other task if needed

Required Skills and Qualifications for Receptionists

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Skilled in the use of office equipment and computer software 
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a calm and efficient manner 
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach 
• Self motivated and independent thinking

Working Hours and Conditions
